Tag: Ode to Husband
Phil and I met an an Institute Dance, it was more by chance because I wasn't planning on staying at all. I had plans to meet up with another guy for ice cream. Phil had asked me to dance and I said yes(I didn't think he was very cute at the time but there was no one else to dance with and after all I was flattered that he asked). We ended up hanging out during the dance and went to a Diner afterwards...
2. How long did you date before you got married?
Well, we met in September and didn't have our first date until October and we were married in June... So that is 9 months?
3. How long have you been married?
3 years in June
4. What is your favorite feature of his?
I think he has a cute smile! I love that my children inherited their daddies dimples!!!
5. What is your favorite quality of his?
I agree with Carmel... I am also spoiled. But I love how when I am feeling a little overwhelmed and I ask him to do something he always does it... Oh and he helps with changing the kids diapers! I love him.

nope

green? I know I should know, but I am pretty sure this is it!
8. What is his favorite food?
He loves to eat all sorts of foods... But I guess maybe it is Steak... IDK, I think his favorite is anything I make for him. I know that sounds cheesy but he loves when I cook for him, which is not all the time.
9. What is his favorite sport?
Does playing video games count as a sport? He would love to run again
10. When and where was your first kiss?
Hmmm... it was on one of our first dates, it was a quick peck as I was getting into my car?
11. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple?
Hanging out in the same room

2.. A little girl and a baby boy
13. Does he have a hidden talent?
He is a drummer and would love to play in a pipe band again one day

He wants to be very successful so that he can take care of his family, he is already doing a great job but he stresses about it a little to much I think

High School Tag
1. Did you date someone from your high school? No, I didn't really know too many people when I moved out to Utah, I was kind of a loner
2. What kind of car did you drive? 2001 2 door white Pontiac Sunfire, and the car I currently have 2003 Silver Hyundai Elantra
3. What was your most embarrassing moment in high school? I know I probably got embarrassed a time or two but none comes to mind
4. Were you a party animal? no, I never went to any parties, although my brother would invite me... he always said there would be root bear or sprite just for me... what a sweet brother ;)
5. Were you considered a flirt? not really, I didn't date too many people that went to the same school as me
6. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? orchestra
7. Were you a nerd? I don't think I was... like I have mentioned before, I was kind of a loner... I ended up moving to Utah at the very end of my Sophomore year, kind of a bad time to go to another school(everyone already has there cliques)
8. Were you on any varsity teams? I was on Varsity Track for all 4 years of High School
9. Did you get suspended/expelled? Nope
10. Can you still sing the fight song? I never learned it... How sad eh? Even at rallies I never knew it or sang along
11. Who were your favorite teachers? I had a few, Senior G... He was great!
12. Where did you sit during lunch? I never really sat during lunch, I visited friends and I had concurrent enrollment during lunch so I didn't have much time to really think about it
13. School Mascot? Bears and Panthers
14. Did you go to homecoming and with who? Not Homecoming, I did go to the game though to cheer on my brother
15. If you could go back and do it again, would you? yeah, I think I would... but if I did it all over again I wouldn't be here where I am today
16. What do you remember most about graduation? That everyone wanted my extra tickets... My grandma was the only one in attendance for my twin and I... We had a lot of extra tickets... Everyone asked us for them since they knew no one would be coming. I didn't even want to go, but my grandmother insisted
17. Where did you go on senior skip day? we didn't have one... it was during Spring Break and no one really knew about it at West High
18. Have you gained weight since then? yes, I guess that is what I get for having babies and not exercising much, but I am working on it thanks to Golds Gym and their Day Care!
19. Who was your prom date? Steven ??? I can't remember his last name
20. Are you planning on going to your 20 year reunion? Possibly, depends on where I live and how I feel
21. Looking back, what advice would you give yourself? To participate more and not be so shy when it came to relationships

1. You finally stop to smell the roses, because your baby is in your arms.
2. Where you once believed you were fearless, you now find yourself afraid.
3. The sacrifices you thought you made to have a child no longer seem like sacrifices.
4. You respect your body ... finally.
5. You respect your parents and love them in a new way.
6. You find that your baby's pain feels much worse than your own.
