So much in so little time!

The end of 2013 brought so many changes!
-Phil left Fatpot after a year of being with them. He really enjoyed his coworkers there and the lunches and inside jokes.
-Phil got a job offer with Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. He is working for the Visual Studios team, helping with a compiler and other fun things. This new job is actually perfect for him since he was working on the grandmaster C++ compiler for fun! Now he gets paid to do what he was doing as a hobby!
-New job meant moving to a completely new state!
-We left our family, friends, and home in Tooele which is currently a rental.
-We stayed in Temporary housing for a couple months before finding a nice little rental in Kirkland, Washington. Phil's commute is about 15 minutes now, instead of the almost hour each way back at Fatpot.
-We found out we were expecting baby #4 and a few weeks ago we found out we will be having another cute little girl.
-I was called to be a wolf den leader and I will be co leading with my SIL Beth! It will be quite an adventure working with the crazy 8 year old boys! They have a ton of energy!

So far Washington has been a lot of rainy days and staying at home. With me being pregnant I don't feel like doing much outside the home at all. We miss our home back in Utah and sometimes I say we will end up right back there, but for now Phil is getting some valuable work experience and enjoying it as well!
Drezden is enjoying her new school, and it is fun to watch her learn! She is learning to write complete sentences! It is fun to see some of what she comes up with. I try to encourage her as much as possible to sound out words as she writes them.
Sullivan has been busy playing lots of video games. I try to encourage him to play outside more, but with it being rainy and cold I don't blame him.
Emmett has a new obsession with video games as well. It has actually caused us to have to put our xbox away. So we haven't been able to enjoy our usual games or being able to play on xbox live because of it. He is finally weaning himself off the binky! It is pretty exciting! Soon he will be a big boy and we will take the plunge on him being potty trained as well.
Hopefully soon I will get some pictures up!
